Dan Boyle is apparently happy to be a member of the Sharks, but if you ask his old lightning coach John Tortorella, Boyle was mistreated and basically forced out of Tampa, according to the Tampa Tribune. "How you treat your people and run your business is very important in this league. Dan Boyle has waived his no-trade clause and has been dealt to the San Jose Sharks, according to TSN.com. The Lightning are said to be receiving defenseman Matt Carle, a first round draft pick, a prospect and a 4th round pick in return.

Dan Boyle is being shopped to teams around the league, according to Slam Sports. Boyle signed a six-year, $39 million deal with the team in February that includes a no-trade clause, and if he does not lift it, the team may decide to waive him.
