"The difference between Detroit's top players and our top players was just...it wasn't close," Tippett tells the Dallas Morning News. "If you take [Pavel] Datsyuk and [Henrik] Zetterberg and what they did in the game compared to what Ribeiro and Richards did, it shows we've got a ways to go. It's very disturbing when the people you rely on to make a difference just don't."
