Slam! Sports is reporting that the Vancouver Canucks have signed winger Mikael Samuelsson to a three-year deal. Financial terms of the deal were not discosed. Samuelsson finished with 40 points last season in Detroit.

Mlive.com is reporting that winger Mikael Samuelsson will be a game-time decision on Tuesday night due to an undisclosed injury. Sameulsson did not skate with the team on Tuesday morning, and he was replaced by Kris Draper.
