Former Nashville forward Darcy Hordichuk has inked a two-year deal with the Canucks, according to TSN.ca. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The Hurricanes are having difficulty coming to a contract agreement with Darcy Hordichuk, who the team acquired in a trade from the Predators for a future fifth-round draft pick, according to the Raleigh News and Observer. GM Jim Rutherford said, "The fact that we had tried to get a jump on it and he wasn't interested in what we had to say, it would appear we're not getting him."
