Left winger Pascal Dupuis left the Penguins practice Wednesday halfway through and did not return, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that Pascal Dupuis enjoyed his first game on his new line with Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin. Crosby is a fan of the move as well. "When you put me and [Malkin] on a line, we're going to draw some attention," Crosby said. "With [Dupuis'] speed, he's going to be able to find some openings. He can definitely shoot the puck. He's going to get some good looks. "He's going to be able to join the rush a lot. And if he's not really a part of the play ... open ... then he's at least going to push them back with his speed. They have to respect that."

Pascal Dupuis has been promoted to the first line to skate with Sidney Crosby due to the return to the lineup of Petr Sykora who will skate on the second line with Evgeni Malkin, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

The AP reports that Pascal Dupuis scored on a slap shot from along the edge of the left circle with 10.8 seconds left in overtime and the Pittsburgh Penguins kept the Philadelphia Flyers winless, giving up a two-goal lead in less than a minute before winning 3-2 Tuesday night.

Pascal Dupuis was acquired by the Penguins Tuesday as part of the Hossa deal. Dupuis has 15 points in 62 games with the Thrashers this year. He's not a difference-maker but gives the Pens another solid winger on the third line.

Thrashers right winger Pascal Dupuis scored in the second period to give the Thrashers a 1-0 lead on Thursday. Dupuis registered Atlanta's only goal on a night that Roberto Luongo stopped a great shot from Tobias Enstrom and 27 others from by Atlanta player personnel. Dupuis ended a streak of eight games without a point. The winger has nine goals on the season making him irrelevant in most fantasy formats.
