X-rays on Brian Gionta's foot were negative, but new coach Lou Lamoriello said he is reluctant to play Gionta tonight, according to the Star Ledger. Gionta was hit by teammate Patrick Elias' shot in Tuesday's game. "I was kind of screened by the 'D' in front of me and it hit me in the foot," Gionta said. "It's bruised. Swelling is an issue, but not right now. We've been able to contain it."
