Ryan Miller earned his first win in almost three weeks Monday night, stopping 24 of 26 shots against Tampa Bay. Miller missed four games earlier this month with an abdominal strain, then picked up a loss Saturday in his first game back.

The Sabres will be cautious with Miller since they have such a solid backup in Martin Biron. "We're going to make sure," coach Lindy Ruff said. "He's feeling better, but [he'll rest] until he feels great. And when he feels great, we might give him another day."
