Pavel Datsyuk missed practice yesterday with what coach Mike Babcock called "stiffness," according to the Detroit Free Press. He should play tonight, though it will depend on how he looks during the morning skate.

Pavel Datsyuk returned to action for the Red Wings in Game 2 on Sunday after missing almost three weeks with a left thigh injury. He played 21 shifts and took one shot on goal.

The Detroit News reports that Pavel Datsyuk said his sore left thigh felt better and that he hopes to return to action for Game 2 on Sunday. "It feels a little bit better," Datsyuk said. "I think I can play. I'll wake up (today) in the morning and see how I feel. It feels better."
