Marek Zidlicky was traded from the Predators to the Minnesota Wild in exchange for a second round selection and prospect Ryan Jones, according to TSN.

Marek Zidlicky missed Saturday's game with a strained back. "He wanted to go today, and we missed him," coach Barry Trotz said, according to the Tennessean. "He has been playing really well for us." Trotz called the injury "minor" so hopefully Zidlicky will be back in the mix soon.

Marek Zidlicky was back in the lineup Saturday and played over 17 minutes, picking up an assist and finishing plus-1. Zidlicky was a surprise scratch in Nashville's previous game, but apparently he's out of the doghouse now.
