Ray Emery responded to the rumor circulating that he has a drug problem, according to the Ottawa Sun. Emery remarked, "No, I don't have a drug problem. People like to talk. People see you out and if you're associated with anyone that's seen as being like that, it snowballs."

Ray Emery will leave the NHL to play in the new Russian Continental League next season, according to the Ottawa Sun. His contract was bought out by the Senators last month, and he has agreed to a one-year deal which could pay him in excess of $2 million plus bonuses next season with Atlant Mytishchi.
