The Devils will be without Paul Martin on Friday and Saturday, as the defenseman is dealing with a bruised foot, according to the NY Post. Martin hasn't played since Feb. 29 because of the injury. He attempted to practice Thursday but had to cut his workout short because of lingering soreness.

Paul Martin didn't practice Monday and is expected to miss his second straight game tonight, according to the Bergen Record. Martin is suffering from a lower body injury. Keep him on your bench until further notice.

Paul Martin scored two goals in an NHL game for the first time to lead the Devils to victory, 6-1 over Carolina. Martin is a solid defensemen if you play in a deep league as he has five goals, 23 points and a +14, but don't expect many games like this from the steady defensemen.
