Bruno Gervais has signed a three-year deal to remain with the Islanders, according to Newsday. The contract is worth just over $2.2 million.

Bruno Gervais left Sunday's game in the first period after taking a hard check. He suffered both a thigh contusion and concussion, according to the AP. Coach Ted Nolan said Gervais will be re-evaluated on Monday.
