Milan Michalek was injured shortly before the end of regulation in Game 6 against the Stars on Sunday. The forward received a rough body check and remained on the ice, the Ticker reports. He was taken to the locker room.

It wasn't pretty, but the San Jose Sharks have staved off elimination with a tough-nosed 2-1 victory in Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinal playoff series over the Dallas Stars. Winger Milan Michalek scored the game-winning goal with 16:34 left in the game, taking a pass from Joe Thornton to push the Sharks' first power-play goal of the game through the net.

Milan Michalek registered a goal in Sunday's 5-2 loss in Game 2 against Dallas. He was held scoreless over thr first seven games of the playoffs, but has scored a goal in each of his last two games against Dallas.
