Petteri Nokelainen stepped into the void that was created with the injury to Patrice Bergeron last season, and he figures to remain in the lineup this year now that Bergeron is back on the ice if he can hold off Vladimir Sobotka, Jeremy Reich and Stephane Yelle, according to The Boston Globe.

Petteri Nokelainen has been a healthy scratch the last two games since P.J. Axelsson returned from a foot injury. "Any time you get scratched, it means you're not playing good," Nokelainen said in the Boston Globe. "I don't know too much about why it's that way. But obviously, I have to play better."
