The Washington Capitals have re-signed Eric Fehr to a one-year contract. Terms were not disclosed. This was reported by PA Sports Ticker.

The Capitals recalled Eric Fehr from Hershey of the AHL Monday, and he's expected to receive significant ice time tonight against Columbus. Fehr practiced on the first line with Alex Ovechkin and Nicklas Backstrom yesterday. He hasn't played for the Caps since a herniated disk forced him to the sideline last February. "I'm back to 100 percent," Fehr said in the Washington Post. "I've played the last 10 games [with the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League] and I've felt great and there's been no issues."
