Andy Wozniewski has left the Maple Leafs as he signed a deal to play for the Blues, according to Slam Sports. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

Andy Wozniewski has decided to undergo surgery today to repair his separated right shoulder, according to the Toronto Star. "If everything goes well (with the surgery), Andy should be back," Leafs GM John Ferguson said. "But it's a significant shoulder separation that needs to be fixed."
