The Columbus Blue Jackets have signed defenseman Jan Hejda to a new three-year agreement, terms of which have not been announced, according to the Associated Press.

Jan Hejda left Wednesday's game with a left shoulder injury, according to the Edmonton Journal. It's not clear if Hejda will have to miss any time as a result of the injury.
