Johnny Oduya returned to action Thursday after missing six games with a shoulder injury, the AP reports. He saw 13:30 of ice time and didn't figure in the scoring.

Johnny Oduya might return to action before the All-Star break, but nothing is certain about his shoulder injury, according to the Star-Ledger. "I didn't look at the schedule and say, 'I want to be back for this game,' " Oduya said. "I just see how much improvement there is day to day."

Johnny Oduya is expected to miss this week, and perhaps more time, due to the upper-body injury he sustained during Thursday's game, according to the Star-Ledger. It's not clear exactly what the injury is, but it will knock him down for at last the next week.
