The Leafs will give Mikhail Grabovsky a chance to play on the top line this season according to TSN. Nik Antropov, Grabovsky and Alexei Ponikarovsky will skate on the first line in Wednesday night's exhibition. "I'm hoping they'll have some chemistry and I'll give them a chance to succeed," coach Ron Wilson vowed yesterday at the Air Canada Centre. "I won't break them up. I know what Pony and Antropov can do, but this whole thing is about getting Grabovski comfortable. His English isn't great and it helps that those guys are translating a lot of things."

Mikhail Grabovsky will sit out Thursday's game due to the flu, according to TSN.ca. Grabovsky should be good to go in Saturday's season finale, but either way you shouldn't be playing him.

Mikhail Grabovsky was scratched for the second consecutive game on Saturday against the Los Angeles Kings. The Canadiens' rookie center left the team after learning he'd been scratched for Thursday's game at Phoenix, so don't expect the Belorussian to be playing in Montreal next season.
