The Coyotes on Thursday assigned left wing Daniel Carcillo to San Antonio of the AHL on Thursday, according to the AP. Carcillo has five goals, seven assists and a league-leading 172 penalty minutes in 33 games with the Coyotes this season. He missed the last 15 games due to a knee injury and isn't expect to be healthy for another few weeks.
