Torrey Mitchell, who slammed Kurtis Foster into the end boards on Wednesday night, will not be suspended by the league, notes TSN.ca. Foster underwent surgery for a fractured left fibula. Mitchell was trying to avoid an icing call and he received a two-minute tripping penalty as punishment for his role in the incident.
