TSN in Canada is reporting that the Rangers have acquired Jaromir Jagr from the Capitals in exchange for forward Anson Carter. The Caps are reportedly picking up $20 million of the remaining $44 million on Jagr's contract after this season. Jagr has 16 goals among 45 points this season.
