In an effort to spark a docile offense, the Capitals have recalled Eric Fehr from Hershey of the AHL and will stick him on the top line with Alex Ovechkin and Nicklas Backstrom. Fehr is replacing Viktor Kozlov, who will now center the second line, according to the Washington Post. The timing of the move is peculiar, given that Kozlov has six goals and nine points in his last seven games.
