Curtis Brown will not get a new deal from the Sharks, according to the Mercury News.

Curtis Brown was taken off the injured reserve list on Tuesday, but he did not play against the Kings. He had missed 25 games due to a dislocated thumb. It's not known if he'll play on Wednesday against the Wild.

Curtis Brown was knocked out of Saturday's game with a hand injury. It's not clear if he'll miss a lot of time due to this, but given that Brown has just four points in 24 games, fantasy owners won't feel a sting here.
