The Flames acquired defenseman Adrian Aucoin from the Blackhawks on Thursday. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed. However, ESPN.com reports that Aucoin has agreed to waive his no-trade clause. He was limited to only 59 games last season due to a groin injury.

Adrian Aucoin has been mentioned in trade rumors recently, including one that would send him to the Canadiens for Sergei Samsonov, according to the Sun-Times. He just returned from a groin injury on Saturday, so he might get moved if he maintains his health.
