Kobe Bryant, G, Los Angeles LakersTuesday 3/4, 11:50 PM CT
Kobe Bryant didn't need to do much in the first three quarters Tuesday, as he scored just 17 points, but he lit things up in the fourth by scoring another 17 points and holding off the Kings for a 117-105 win. Kobe was just 10-for-26 from the field Tuesday, but he hit 14 of his 16 free-throw attempts and added 10 boards and two steals. Kobe's taken things to an unbelievable level since the Lakers acquired Pau Gasol. He doesn't seem the least bit bothered by his finger injury and has been in the "zone" regularly. He could well end up the NBA and fantasy MVP be season's end.
Al Jefferson, F, Minnesota TimberwolvesTuesday 3/4, 10:55 PM CT
Al Jefferson had 18 points and 11 rebounds in an outstanding effort, but all for was for naught as the Timberwolves fell 89-109 to the Charlotte Bobcats.
Emeka Okafor, F, Charlotte BobcatsTuesday 3/4, 10:53 PM CT
Emeka Okafor enjoyed a productive night for the Charlotte Bobcats, scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds to help the Bobcats earn their first road win in 10 attempts.
Jason Richardson, G, Charlotte BobcatsTuesday 3/4, 10:50 PM CT
Jason Richardson led the surge for the Bobcats, scoring 25 points with eight rebounds, six assists, and one steal Charlotte’s win over Minnesota Tuesday night. This was Charlotte’s first road win in their last 10 battles away from the homestead, and the veteran showed them the way, going 4-for-8 in three-point shots.
Larry Hughes, G, Chicago BullsTuesday 3/4, 10:44 PM CT
After torching his former Cavs team for 23 points on Sunday, Larry Hughes scored just eight points on Tuesday against the Grizzlies. You can expect Hughes and the rest of the Bulls to have up-and-down production the rest of the season, depending on matchups and who gets hot each night.
Elton Brand, F, Los Angeles ClippersTuesday 3/4, 10:22 PM CT
Elton Brand took part in a no-restraints, halfcourt scrimmage session on Tuesday, according to the OC Register. It was nearly three months to the day from when he underwent surgery to repair a ruptured Achilles tendon. It's not clear when he'll be ready for game action, but he's getting closer.
Amir Johnson, F, Detroit PistonsTuesday 3/4, 9:31 PM CT
Amir Johnson played 20 minutes in a pretty tight game against the Sonics on Tuesday, scored five points, pulled down eight boards, stole two balls and blocked two shots. The Pistons were able to give some of their younger players some extra action tonight, so vets Rasheed Wallace and Antonio McDyess could rest up for Wednesday's throwdown with the C's. Johnson doesn't see regular enough action to warrant a roster spot now, but if the Pistons clinch their playoff spot, the talented, 20-year-old Johnson could provide some decent big-man numbers during the final week or so of the season.
Josh Smith, F, Atlanta HawksTuesday 3/4, 9:00 PM CT
Josh Smith suffered a surprisingly slow night, scoring just 20 in Atlanta’s loss to Golden State (135-118). He added 11 rebounds and four blocks to help ease the pain.
Joe Johnson, G, Atlanta HawksTuesday 3/4, 8:58 PM CT
All hail Joe Johnson , leader of the Atlanta Hawks, scoring 38 points with seven rebounds and six assists in a loss to Golden State (135-118).
Stephen Jackson, F, Golden State WarriorsTuesday 3/4, 8:48 PM CT
Golden State’s Stephen Jackson enjoyed an outstanding performance in the Warriors’ 135-118 win over Atlanta, scoring 29 points with four rebounds, six assists, and two steals.

Baron Davis led the Warriors in their winning effort (135-118) over the Atlanta Hawks this evening, scoring 35 points with three rebounds and two assists.
Chris Webber, F, Golden State WarriorsTuesday 3/4, 8:15 PM CT
Results of an MRI on Chris Webber's knee came back negative, according to the AP. He missed Tuesday's game and could miss at least a few more due to the sore joint. C-Webb's going to have minimal fantasy value even when on the court, but we may not see that happen again until next week.
Chris Andersen, F, New Orleans HornetsTuesday 3/4, 7:19 PM CT
The New Orleans Hornets report recently reinstated forward Chris Andersen will be given every opportunity to return to the team and is currently in negotiations on a new contract, according to ESPN. If the Hornets would like to re-sign Andersen, they need to tender him a contract offer for the remainder of the season equal to the prorated portion of his old salary. “We were always more concerned with Chris Andersen the person rather than Chris Andersen the player and are pleased that he has taken the appropriate measures to get himself reinstated by the NBA,” GM Jeff Bower announced in a statement given to the press today. “We will now begin the process of getting him back on the court and back in a Hornets uniform as quickly as possible.”
Sam Cassell, G, Boston CelticsTuesday 3/4, 6:06 PM CT
Sam Cassell passed his physical and signed a free-agent deal with the Celtics, according to the AP. He's in Baltimore to attend a funeral of a family member, so he won't be ready to ball in the Wednesday showdown between the C's and Pistons. He should be ready to roll on Friday, though. Cassell should only see enough action to warrant a roster spot in deep leagues.
Gilbert Arenas, G, Washington WizardsTuesday 3/4, 6:02 PM CT
Gilbert Arenas took part Tuesday in his first full-contact practice since undergoing his most recent knee surgery 3.5 months ago, according to the AP. "It felt good. I was surprised about my wind—I wasn’t as tired as I thought I was going to be," he said. "I was just excited to get out there and play basketball. … My knee is fine so far. We’ll see how it acts tomorrow after a day of rest." He's currently hoping to return during a road trip that begins March 25, but how he responds to increased activity in practice will determine when -- or if -- he actually gets back in the mix for the Wiz.
Dorell Wright, F, Miami HeatTuesday 3/4, 5:57 PM CT
Dorell Wright underwent season-ending knee surgery on Monday, according to the AP. The procedure repaired a torn meniscus in the joint, and he should be ready for training camp. Wright's set to become a restricted free agent, but the Heat currently want to bring him back.
Gordan Giricek, G, Phoenix SunsTuesday 3/4, 5:53 PM CT
The Suns locked up Gordan Giricek for the remainder of the season on Tuesday, according to the AP. The Sixers recently bought out his contract, and the Suns were looking to add a little depth. Just don't expect him to have any fantasy value, because he'll have a hard time even getting into the rotation.
Theo Ratliff, C, Detroit PistonsTuesday 3/4, 5:48 PM CT
As expected, the Pistons signed Theo Ratliff to a contract Tuesday after he cleared waivers, following his release from the T-Wolves on Thursday, according to the AP. Ratliff can still block shots at a high rate, but he won't see enough game action to have any fantasy value.
Keith Bogans, G, Orlando MagicTuesday 3/4, 3:15 PM CT
Keith Bogans is listed as doubtful for tonight due to an abdominal injury, according to the Orlando Sentinel. He was seen clutching his stomach after Monday's practice, though he didn't suggest that the injury was serious in nature. Be sure to sit Bogans tonight, and we'll update his status when more news becomes available.
Jameer Nelson, G, Orlando MagicTuesday 3/4, 3:11 PM CT
Jameer Nelson is expected to return to the lineup tonight, according to the Orlando Sentinel. He had been questionable due to a bout with the flu that kept him out of Saturday's contest. Go ahead and insert Nelson into your lineup if you need him.
Caron Butler, F, Washington WizardsTuesday 3/4, 3:08 PM CT
Caron Butler didn't practice Tuesday and a timetable for his return is still up in the air. He will be re-evaluated at some point this week, according to the Washington Post. Butler is hoping that a slight tear in left labrum of his hip will heal without surgery. The Post notes that a couple Wizards players have said Butler is feeling better and is optimistic about coming back in the near future. Cross your fingers, Butler owners, but try not to get your hopes up too high.
Nick Collison, F, Seattle SupersonicsTuesday 3/4, 12:24 PM CT
Nick Collison missed Monday's practice and will be a game-time call for tonight, according to the News Tribune. Collison has been battling a strained right calf. We think there's a good chance he'll play, but he's not really a strong fantasy option regardless.
Chris Wilcox, F, Seattle SupersonicsTuesday 3/4, 12:21 PM CT
Chris Wilcox sat out Monday's practice and will be a game-time decision tonight, according to the News Tribune. The forward is dealing with a bruised left knee. Go ahead and sit him if you can afford it, since he'll probably be limited even if he suits up.
Carlos Boozer, F, Utah JazzTuesday 3/4, 12:06 PM CT
Carlos Boozer's back isn't 100 percent, but he doesn't intend to sit anytime soon. "It's alright," he said in the Deseret News. "I've got bumps and bruises, and definitely it's a little sore, but (I'm) playing through it." It goes without saying that Boozer should be in your lineup as long as he's standing upright.
Thabo Sefolosha, G, Chicago BullsTuesday 3/4, 11:53 AM CT
Thabo Sefolosha will likely miss his third straight game tonight because of a groin injury, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. Sefolosha has emerged the last few weeks as a fantasy option in deeper leagues. Hopefully he'll be ready by Thursday.
Chauncey Billups, G, Detroit PistonsTuesday 3/4, 11:49 AM CT
Chauncey Billups will return to the lineup tonight after missing Saturday's game because of a personal matter, according to MLive.com. "It's just some personal business I had to take care of," said Billups. "But it's good, though." The point guard declined to delve into specifics regarding the matter, but it appears everything is taken care of. Back to the business at hand.
Andris Biedrins, C, Golden State WarriorsTuesday 3/4, 11:38 AM CT
Andris Biedrins has joined the Warriors for their current road trip, but it's not clear if he'll be able to play at some point during the next four games, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Biedrins has missed the last four games after undergoing an appendectomy. Play it safe and sit him for now. We'll update you on his status when more is known.
Vladimir Radmanovic, F, Los Angeles LakersTuesday 3/4, 11:32 AM CT
Vladimir Radmanovic made it through part of Monday's practice and is expected to play in tonight's game, according to the LA Times. He's missed the last five games because of a strained right calf muscle. Radmanovic is good for a three or two per game, but he offers little else.
Keyon Dooling, G, Orlando MagicTuesday 3/4, 11:28 AM CT
Keyon Dooling is expected to sit out tonight's game due to a sprained foot. The guard missed a game last month with the same injury and had to leave last Wednesday's contest after just 10 minutes. The Magic are also expected to be without Jameer Nelson tonight. "It's frustrating to me, especially with Jameer going down, but what can you do?" Dooling told Florida Today. Consider him day-to-day for the time being.
Bostjan Nachbar, F, New Jersey NetsTuesday 3/4, 11:23 AM CT
Bostjan Nachbar won't play tonight because of a hip flexor injury, according to the NY Post. The injury kept him out of the second half of Sunday's game. Consider him day-to-day for now.
Andrei Kirilenko, F, Utah JazzTuesday 3/4, 11:20 AM CT
Andrei Kirilenko is day-to-day after suffering a sprained right hip that forced him out of Monday's game in the first quarter, according to the Deseret News. AK-47 will be re-evaluated today. He surely won't play tomorrow, but perhaps he can by the weekend.
