Amare Stoudemire, C, Phoenix SunsWednesday 3/19, 11:55 PM CT
Amare Stoudemire went 10-for-16 from the field this evening to lead the Phoenix Suns to victory over the Seattle SuperSonics, 110-98. Stoudemire finished with 20 points, six rebounds, and four assists on the evening. Just another night at the office for Stoudemire, though it should be noted that his play has certainly improved and grown more consistent with the addition of Shaq. Now he plays the roll in which he excels: Power forward, shooting and driving the lane.
Rudy Gay, F, Memphis GrizzliesWednesday 3/19, 11:10 PM CT
Rudy Gay has been dealing with a sore hamstring, but it did not slow him down on Wednesday night as he led Memphis with 25 points in their close loss to Minnesota. He also made seven rebounds, two assists, one steal, and one block. He should be solid again going forward.
David West, F, New Orleans HornetsWednesday 3/19, 11:09 PM CT
When the night started, we weren’t sure if David West would hit the hardwood to support his New Orleans Hornets against the top team in the West, also known as the Houston Rockets. West did play, and he was just fine, sharing a double-double evening with Chris Paul, scoring 23 points with 11 rebounds. When he’s healthy, West has been a revelation this season and has become one of the more underrated commodities in the game. Now he’s starting to fill that role when he’s not healthy.
Al Jefferson, F, Minnesota TimberwolvesWednesday 3/19, 11:04 PM CT
Al Jefferson scored a game-high 29 points as he led Minnesota to a 98-94 win over Memphis. He also contributed 13 rebounds, one assist, and two blocks. He has now recorded a double-double in nine of the T-Wolves' ten games in March.
Chris Paul, G, New Orleans HornetsWednesday 3/19, 11:04 PM CT
Chris Paul continues to guide the New Orleans Hornets towards their best season to date, leading the way in a win over Houston, 90-69. Paul recorded yet another double-double with 21 points, 10 assists, four rebounds, and four steals. That’s eight consecutive double-double performances for the man worthy of this year’s MVP award. He’s scoring, he’s making everyone on the floor better, and the entire team is following his lead.
Mike Miller, G, Minnesota TimberwolvesWednesday 3/19, 10:59 PM CT
Mike Miller poured in 20 points and 10 rebounds in the Grizzlies' 98-94 loss to the T-Wolves. That was his third straight double-double.
Dikembe Mutombo, C, Houston RocketsWednesday 3/19, 10:58 PM CT
Dikembe Mutombo worked as the force of consistency as the Rockets suffered their second straight loss, falling 69-90 to New Orleans. Mutombo finished with 10 points, 13 rebounds, and two blocked shots. Since Yao Ming fell and Mutombo took over, there is an obvious fall in production, but nights like tonight show the veteran is more than capable of contributing.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas, C, Cleveland CavaliersWednesday 3/19, 10:41 PM CT
Zydrunas Ilgauskas appears to be getting back into form, putting 32 minutes of work in against the Detroit Pistons to help the Cavs pull a much-needed 89-73 win over their Eastern Conference foes. Ilgauskas scored 20 points with eight rebounds on the evening, his best performance since returning from back injury. The Cavs really need Zydrunas to be in shape and playing well once the playoffs start. This evening’s game give optimistic hope that he is close.
LeBron James, F, Cleveland CavaliersWednesday 3/19, 10:34 PM CT
LeBron James was once again the force on the floor, leading the Cavs to an important 89-73 win over fellow Eastern Conference power Detroit. LeBron played 41 minutes, going 11-of-19 from the field and 2-of-5 from three-point land to finish with 30 points, seven rebounds, and six assists. If LeBron keeps this up, another trip to the Finals could be in the cards for Cleveland. Putting the wood to Detroit certainly strengthens their confidence.
Rasheed Wallace, C, Detroit PistonsWednesday 3/19, 10:28 PM CT
The Cavs came in and put an emphasis on guarding Detroit’s Rasheed Wallace , and it worked. Wallace went just 6-of-17 from the field and 2-of-8 from three-point range, scoring 16 points with six rebounds. Wallace has become a lethal outside shooter but the Cavs found a way to limit those efforts. This the fourth game in a row that Wallace has struggled to find the bottom of the net, so keep that in mind as you ponder your fantasy lineups.
Devin Harris, G, New Jersey NetsWednesday 3/19, 9:26 PM CT
The Nets were wondering if Devin Harris would be available due to a right ankle sprain. Not only did he play in the Nets' 125-117 win over Atlanta, but he excelled, scoring 26 points with nine assists. Harris is a strong talent with the ability to provide various attributes to the cause, and as the Nets are learning, he is reliable even when hampered by injury.
Richard Jefferson, F, Milwaukee BucksWednesday 3/19, 9:19 PM CT
Richard Jefferson did his part in New Jersey's 125-117 win over the Atlanta Hawks, posting 33 points with five rebounds and three assists. We know Jefferson can score, but he doesn't do much else, limiting his value for fantasy owners and, at times, frustrating fans.
Vince Carter, G, New Jersey NetsWednesday 3/19, 9:15 PM CT
Vince Carter put his best foot forward and led the Nets in a 125-117 win over the Atlanta Hawks, scoring 39 points with 10 rebounds and eight assists. That's three tall games in a row for Carter with big point totals serving as the goal of the day in each. Fans and fantasy owners would like it all season long.
Al Horford, C, Atlanta HawksWednesday 3/19, 9:10 PM CT
Al Horford continues to grow into a force on the floor despite a troubling loss for the Hawks, falling 117-125 to the New Jersey Nets. The rook posted 20 points with 15 rebounds and six assists. Horford seems to be progressing with each passing game and his presence on this offense is becoming an influential as any not named Joe Johnson. Next year, he'll be a hot fantasy commodity.
Joe Johnson, G, Atlanta HawksWednesday 3/19, 9:02 PM CT
The Hawks hit the floor with a full team effort, each starter scoring at least 15 points, and the approach kept Joe Johnson to reasonable numbers and resulted in a loss (117-125). Johnson ended with 22 points, four rebounds, and four assists. It would be fair to note Johnson shot just 7-of-18 from the field, so the opportunity for the normally-gaudy numbers was there. He just had an off night and the Hawks (and fantasy owners) suffer as a result.
Samuel Dalembert, C, Philadelphia 76ersWednesday 3/19, 9:01 PM CT
Samuel Dalembert had another solid outing Wednesday night as he racked up 17 points, 12 boards, and five blocks in a close win over the Nuggets. That was his 22nd double-double of the season.

Dwight Howard, F, Orlando MagicWednesday 3/19, 8:53 PM CT
The one-point loss was frustrating enough for Magic fans, falling to the Wizards 86-87, but watching the team's young phenom and leader flounder on offense was much more troubling. Dwight Howard failed to make a mark, going just 1-of-6 from the floor to end with three points. The 14 rebounds curbs the pain a bit for fantasy owners, but the inability to get going on offense is a rare sore spot on Howard's resume this season.
Allen Iverson, G, Denver NuggetsWednesday 3/19, 8:51 PM CT
Allen Iverson scored a game-high 32 points in the Nuggets' 115-113 loss to the Sixers. He also chipped in eight assists, three steals, two rebounds, with only two turnovers. That was the 21st time that he reached at least 30 points this season.
Hedo Turkoglu, F, Orlando MagicWednesday 3/19, 8:49 PM CT
The Magic may have lost in heart-breaking fashion, 86-87, to the Washington Wizards, but do not fault Hedo Turkoglu . Turk scored a whopping 39 points, going 11-of-20 from the field and an impressive 7-of-9 from three-point land. The Turk did this damage during 40 minutes of play, a sizable workload that is becoming the norm for the Magic PG. He rarely goes off for this many points, but tonight's performance was impressive nonetheless.
Antawn Jamison, F, Washington WizardsWednesday 3/19, 8:44 PM CT
Antawn Jamison put forth a strong effort in pushing the Wizards to an impressive one-point victory, 87-86, over the Orlando Magic. Jamison scored 31 points, going 12-of-21 from the field and 3-of-6 from three-point range, adding 11 rebounds and four steals. Jamison has been on fire this month with his second 30-point performance in thee games. He's also cleaning the glass with authority and seems to be riding a wave we should all jump on for fantasy rewards.
Mike Dunleavy, F, Indiana PacersWednesday 3/19, 8:43 PM CT
Mike Dunleavy was off target in the Pacers win over the Bobcats as he only hit 2-of-12 from the field, and missed all six attempts from long range. He finished with 12 points, while going 8-for-8 from the foul line. He made five turnovers in the game as well, but should bounce back fine.
Troy Murphy, F, Indiana PacersWednesday 3/19, 8:38 PM CT
Troy Murphy recorded a double-double in the Pacers' 102-95 win over the Bobcats as he poured in 18 points and a game-high 13 rebounds, along with three assists and three blocks, and notably hit 3-of-4 shots from long range. That was his second double-double in a row, and his sixth of the season.
Matt Carroll, G, Charlotte BobcatsWednesday 3/19, 8:36 PM CT
Despite the loss to Indiana this evening (95-102), Matt Carroll provided a note of positive reflection by coming off the bench and giving the Bobcats some much-needed offense. Carroll with 6-of-9 from the field and 3-of-5 from three-point range, ending with 18 points. Carroll is a shooter and can provide quality scores if given the opportunity. Unfortunately, those chances don't come often enough.
Ronald Murray, G, Indiana PacersWednesday 3/19, 8:32 PM CT
Ronald Murray led the Pacers with 22 points in their 102-95 win over the Bobcats. He also chipped in three rebounds, four assists, three steals, and a block. He tied his season high with 22 points, which he reached three times.
Jason Richardson, G, Charlotte BobcatsWednesday 3/19, 8:31 PM CT
Coming off one of the worst games of his season, Jason Richardson charged the court with a purpose in the Bobcats' 95-102 loss to the Indiana Pacers. Richardson ended with a double-double, posting 20 points with 10 rebounds and eight assists. This is what we've come to expect from Richardson since joining the Bobcats, a strong veteran scorer with great all-around skills.
Emeka Okafor, F, Charlotte BobcatsWednesday 3/19, 8:28 PM CT
Emeka Okafor struggled through a rough night in the Bobcats' 95-102 loss to the Indiana Pacers. Okafor ended with just two points and three rebounds in 20 minutes of play. Okafor's numbers (and thus his playing time) have been in steady decline this month. It may be that he is playing through an unknown injury or the simple dredge of a long season is taking a toll, but has become untouchable for fantasy owners.
Jose Calderon, G, Toronto RaptorsWednesday 3/19, 8:27 PM CT
Jose Calderon notched a double-double in the Raptors' 96-54 win over the Heat as he scored 10 points and 10 assists, along with five rebounds and four steals. That was his 23rd double-double of the season.
Chris Quinn, G, Miami HeatWednesday 3/19, 8:18 PM CT

Chris Bosh, F, Toronto RaptorsWednesday 3/19, 8:18 PM CT
Chris Bosh returned after a 10-game span missed to injury (knee), but he failed to impress in the Raptors' 96-54 win over Miami. Bosh scored just 8 points, going 2-of-10 from the field. To ease the pain for fantasy owners, Bosh gathered 8 rebounds and one assist, but the outing still lacks the power we've come to expect from the force that is Chris Bosh.
Udonis Haslem, F, Miami HeatWednesday 3/19, 7:13 PM CT
Following yesterday's MRI that revealed a bone spur in his left ankle, Udonis Haslem and the Miami Heat have decided to proceed forward with arthroscopic surgery, according to the South Florida Sun Sentinel. He is expected to mis 3 to 4 weeks of play as a result. On the bright side, the NBA has granted Miami a waiver allowing the team to sign a player and go one spot above the league roster limit of 15 players. Coach Pat Riley announced the team will be signing a player to a 10-day contract on Thursday.
Danny Granger, F, Indiana PacersWednesday 3/19, 7:07 PM CT
Forward Danny Granger missed Wednesday night's game against the Charlotte Bobcats due to a sprained right wrist, according to the Associated Press. Granger leads the Pacers with 18.6 points per game, and had started 66 of Indiana's 67 games. Granger had previously injured the wrist, but played through it. He jammed it in Monday's win over New York, and coach Jim O'Brien said he can't pull it back into a shooting motion because of swelling. "It's serious enough for a guy that hasn't been out with an injury to be out," O'Brien said. "Danny says he's a quick healer. We'll find out." Kareem Rush has started in Granger's place.
Michael Redd, G, Milwaukee BucksWednesday 3/19, 2:35 PM CT

Chris Bosh will return to the court on Wednesday night. He confirmed his status at the morning shootaround, according to the Globe and Mail. Bosh has missed 10 games due to a sore right knee. It's unclear on how much time he'll play against the Heat, but fantasy owners should feel free to use him.
David West, F, New Orleans HornetsWednesday 3/19, 1:23 PM CT
David West sounds like a man who plans to play on Wednesday night. He tested his right ankle in a morning shootaround. "Right now I'm feeling good and I want to get out there and play," West tells the New Orleans Times-Picayune. "I'm leaning toward it." Head coach Byron Scott says West is a game-time decision.
Andrei Kirilenko, F, Utah JazzWednesday 3/19, 11:49 AM CT
