Travis Henry, RB, Thursday 10/4, 8:17 PM CT
Travis Henry has tested positive for marijuana use and could be subject to a one-year suspension, according to Fox 31 News in Denver. A separate report on Newsday indicated that Henry has sued the NFL to keep the league from using a urine test that he claims was obtained in violation of the league's drug policy because his experts weren't present for the test. The team has made no comment on the situation as of yet. Henry previously served a four-game suspension from the NFL for violating the league's substance abuse policy in September 2005 and was set to rotate out of the program if he didn't test positive for a banned substance again before October 1. If Thursday night's reports are true, his third violation of the policy would result in an automatic one-year suspension. We'll keep track of this developing situation closely; in the meantime, jump all over Selvin Young if he's sitting on your waiver wire.

Winslow was limited during Wednesday's practice and will likely be limited in practice throughout the rest of the season. However, he shows up on Sundays and until that stops happening you can expect the Browns to keep running him out there.
