Santana Moss, WR, Washington RedskinsSaturday 11/17, 7:56 AM CT
Santana Moss took a big step Friday towards playing this weekend. He was able to practice for the first time in two weeks and now is listed as probable, according to the Washington Post. A trainer modified Moss' cleats to give his bruised heel more protection. It sounds like he's going to be able to start Sunday, but whether he will be able to complete the game is anyone's guess.
Steve Smith, WR, Carolina PanthersSaturday 11/17, 7:44 AM CT
Steve Smith missed his third straight practice on Friday due to his injured shin. "It'll be a game-time decision, day to day," coach John Fox said, according to the Charlotte Observer. "It's still sore." You'll need to make sure that Smith is active before putting him into your lineup on Sunday.
Joe Horn, WR, Saturday 11/17, 7:36 AM CT
Joe Horn hasn't practiced all week and is not expected to play on Sunday, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Horn's still dealing with the hamstring injury that sidelined him in Week 10.
Albert Haynesworth, DT, Tennessee TitansSaturday 11/17, 7:25 AM CT
Albert Haynesworth missed his third straight practice on Friday. "I'm still here, that's all I can say," Haynesworth said, according to the Tennessean. Haynesworth is battling a sore hamstring and may end up a game-time call Monday evening.
Chris Brown, RB, Houston TexansSaturday 11/17, 7:20 AM CT
Chris Brown appears ready to return from his sprained ankle on Monday night. "I feel fine," Brown said Friday, according to the Tennessean. "I have practiced all week and it shouldn't be an issue. I felt like I could go last week but they played it safe. … I'm ready to get it going and show what I've got again." There's a chance that both Brown and Chris Henry will be active and back up LenDale White, but Henry might withdraw his appeal of a four-game suspension in order to begin serving it on Monday.
Alex Smith, QB, San Francisco 49ersSaturday 11/17, 7:06 AM CT
Niners coach Mike Nolan announced earlier this week that Trent Dilfer will start over Alex Smith on Sunday. Smith was going to be the third quarterback, but he'll now be the No. 2, since presumptive backup Shaun Hill dislocated a finger, according to the Contra Costa Times. Smith is dealing with a separated right shoulder and strained forearm.
Chad Johnson, WR, Cincinnati BengalsSaturday 11/17, 6:49 AM CT
Chad Johnson missed practice again on Friday. However, Friday's absence was because he was visiting a doctor regarding a skin issue, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. He skipped Thursday's session to rest up, so Johnson should be fine, as usual, for Sunday's game.
Zach Thomas, LB, Dallas CowboysSaturday 11/17, 6:44 AM CT
The Dolphins have ruled Zach Thomas out for Week 11. He continues to deal with concussion symptoms, and his availability for the remainder of the season remains in doubt.
Javon Walker, WR, Oakland RaidersSaturday 11/17, 6:38 AM CT
The Broncos have ruled Javon Walker out for Monday's game, according to the Denver Post. He was holding out hope of getting back into the mix this week, but Week 12 was always a more realistic target.
Travis Henry, RB, Saturday 11/17, 6:35 AM CT
Travis Henry appeared at his appeal hearing Friday, as he hopes to get his year-long suspension overturned. "We were very happy with how the hearing went and we look forward to the NFL's decision," attorney Harvey Steinberg told the Denver Post. That decision is expected to be handed down on Tuesday. Whether Henry suits up for Monday night's game will depend on how his ailing knee feels before the game.
Andre Johnson, WR, Houston TexansSaturday 11/17, 6:31 AM CT
As had been hoped, Andre Johnson will return to action on Sunday. "It's going to help everything," quarterback Matt Schaub said, according to the Houston Chronicle. Yeah, especially fantasy teams who've held out for his return from a knee injury that's sidelined him since the second week of the season. Get him into your lineups.
Todd Heap, TE, Baltimore RavensSaturday 11/17, 6:25 AM CT
Todd Heap remained out of practice Friday for the third consecutive day. The Ravens list him as quesitonable, according to the Baltimore Sun. It appears pretty unlikely that Heap will play this week due to his troublesome hamstring strain.
Ed Reed, S, Baltimore RavensSaturday 11/17, 6:22 AM CT
Ed Reed was held out of Thursday's practice, but he was back in the mix the next day, according to the Baltimore Sun. Reed has a sore back, which is not expected to keep him from taking part in tomorrow's game.
Chris McAlister, CB, Baltimore RavensSaturday 11/17, 6:20 AM CT
Chris McAlister missed practice on Friday. The Ravens are listing him as questionable for Sunday's game, according to the Baltimore Sun. He's battling a knee injury and probably will be a game-time decision.
