Marvin Harrison, WR, Indianapolis ColtsThursday 1/17, 11:49 PM CT
Marvin Harrison might need to have his knee scoped in the offseason, according to the Colts official site. It's not the knee that bothered him during the year, oddly enough, but rather the other one. Harrison also turns 36 at the end of August, making him a very risky pick at the table next year.
Lee Evans, WR, Buffalo BillsThursday 1/17, 11:33 PM CT
Lee Evans is going to have a "cleanup" shoulder surgery in the offseason, according to The Buffalo News. The shoulder bothered him off-and-on during 2007.
Philip Rivers, QB, San Diego ChargersThursday 1/17, 9:35 AM CT
Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers (knee) and tight end Antonio Gates (toe) did not practice on Wednesday. Neither player will likely take the field until Friday.
Lorenzo Neal, RB, Baltimore RavensThursday 1/17, 9:32 AM CT
Lorenzo Neal practiced fully on Wednesday. He underwent surgery on December 10 to have a plate placed in his fractured right fibula. "I'm ready to play,” Neal tells the San Diego Union-Tribune. “I'm excited. We've got a chance to go hunting. There's only four teams left. There's only two games. I don't care if you have to carry me off the field. I want to play football.”
LaDainian Tomlinson, RB, San Diego ChargersThursday 1/17, 9:29 AM CT
LaDainian Tomlinson didn't practice on Wednesday, but he is feeling better and will test his hyperextended left knee on Thursday. "I'll be ready to go,” he tells the San Diego Union-Tribune. "I'll feel just fine by game time, and so I expect to be close to 100 percent."
