Martin Erat scored the first hat trick of his six-year career on Tuesday. He entered the night with 18 goals, so the triple-goal evening gives him a career-high 21 for the season. His scoring is sporadic, and he does little else in fantasy terms, but he's doing enough scoring this year to help in deep leagues.
Sidney Crosby, C, Pittsburgh PenguinsTuesday 3/4, 10:32 PM CT
Sidney Crosby didn't start in his return to action Tuesday, but he did finish well. Crosby picked up an assist on the first goal of the game with just 2:47 remaining. Jason Pominville scored two goals for the Sabres Tuesday, as they picked up a 5-2 victory over the Flyers. Nicklas Lidstrom, D, Detroit Red WingsTuesday 3/4, 8:40 PM CT
Nicklas Lidstrom expects to return to action on Sunday, according to the Detroit Free Press. It's a pretty quick turnaround for Lidstrom, who sprained his knee just a couple of weeks ago.
