Pittsburgh, PA (Sports Network) - The Pittsburgh Steelers re-signed two players from their Super Bowl XLIII Championship team Friday, locking up offensive lineman Chris Kemoeatu for five years and tight end/fullback Sean McHugh for three.

According to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, Kemoeatu's five-year pact is for $20 million and comes one day after the release of veteran guard Kendall Simmons.

Pittsburgh's sixth-round selection in the 2005 NFL Draft, Kemoeatu started every game for the eventual world champions in 2008, his fourth season out of Utah. The 26-year-old participated in all 16 regular-season games for the Black and Gold in 2007 and started two of his three appearances in 2006.

McHugh's three-year contract is worth a reported $2.57 million according to the Tribune-Review and includes a $390,000 signing bonus. The Penn State product originally signed with the Steelers in September and appeared in all but one game last season. He spent the previous three seasons with Detroit after breaking into the league with Green Bay in 2004.

The 26-year-old is utilized primarily in the blocking game with just 23 receptions for 301 yards in his career.
